The types
Basic levellers
The AP Basic leveller is a basic leveller to combine with smaller wheel and skids-steer loaders. This compact leveller is available in working widths from 140 cm to 220 cm. The machine is equipped with a torsion plate on the front that determines the height. Driving backwards the machine levels the subsoil at the desired height or slope.
The AP basic leveller is a simple but effective levelling machine, perfectly suitable for the levelling of pavements, drives, squares etc. The compact construction of this leveller makes it possible to transport a mini wheel loader along with the leveller on a trailer.
The AP basic leveller is standardly supplied with the AP basic control box, proportional control and two stainless steel receiver masts. The height adjustment is controlled by two cylinders on a torsion plate which guarantees levelling to millimeter accuracy.
This compact leveller is available in working widths from 140 to 220 cm. The machine is equipped with a torsion blade on the front that determines the height. Driving backwards the machine levels the subsoil at the desired height or inclined. Hereafter the subsoil is free of tracks and one can start paving or vibrating immediately. The AP basic leveller comes as standard without quick attachments and machine receivers.

BullBlaster leveller
The AP Bullblaster leveller is a leveller with a loading function. The front side is provided with a finishing plate with shovel bucket with which material can be shoveled and compacted. The rear side of the leveller is equipped with a cutting knife to level the material driving backwards.
- Dozing, compacting and grading with your wheel loader
- Laser controlled, no manual finishing
- Removable Hardox knives
- Hydraulic doors
- Quick and highly accurate
The AP leveller BullBlaster is used for the levelling of all kinds of materials on roads, parkings, squares etc. and for the levelling of planes under slope(s) for water drainage to the draw-wels. The leveller is suitable for the use with wheel loaders, skids steers or tractors.
The rear side of the leveller is equipped with a cutting knife, the front side is provided with a finishing plate with bucket (for transportation of material). The cutting knife and the finishing plate are controlled separately; during the last pass the front blade can be put in floating position creating an optimal result.
The AP leveller is unique in its genre because the knife gets vertically into the ground immediately when the automatic function is engaged. With the help of the laser the machine directly searches the right level, after which backwards and thus free of tracks can be levelled.
In combination with Topcons LSB-110 machine receivers the BullBlaster can offer true proportional control to 0,5 mm accuracy. No more over- or undershooting when controlling the blade.
Required:
√ Power supply 1 x 12V or 24 V / 10 amp.
√ 1 Double functioning hydraulic valve with free return flow
√ Free floating position on wheel loader

Push Pull leveller
The AP Push Pull leveller is a leveller especially designed for doing 2 jobs with 1 machine. You can build in materials pushing forwards en thereafter you can level your plan driving backewards. It can be coupled on both sides of the wheel / tracked loader.
The AP Push Pull leveller is especially designed for doing 2 jobs with 1 machine. You can build in materials pushing forwards and thereafter you can level your plan driving backwards. It can be coupled on both sides of the wheel / tracked loader. Through a sensor the control knows in which direction you are operating and will automatically change the steering from left to right and vice versa. It is highly accurate in its finish and will deliver the perfect design.
The AP Push Pull leveller is in many ways a combination of the AP Powerblade and the AP BullBlaster leveller, the advantages of this machines have been brought together.

3D leveller
The AP 3D leveller is especially designed for working with 3D control (Total Station or GPS). The blade functions the same way as a dozer blade with a fixed turning point in the middle of the blade. The difference between the 3D leveller and the Push Pull leveller is that the 3D leveller can put the blade at a slope from a fixed turning point and the Push Pull leveller from two independant cylinders.
The AP 3D levellers are especially designed for working with 3D control (Total Station or GPS). The blade functions the same way as a dozer blade with a fixed turning point in the middle of the blade. The height is controlled through a fixed finishing plate (with a changeable wear plate). Furthermore the machine is equipped with an intelligent slope sensor (MC2 sensor) that, if necessary, corrects the leveller at a high reaction speed.
The difference between the 3D leveller and the Push Pull leveller is that the 3D leveller can put the blade at a slope from a fixed turning point and the Push Pull leveller from two independant hydraulic cylinders.
The AP 3D leveller is available in two types :
- Type TT is equipped with a turntable so you can simply switch between forwards driving (build in) and backwards driving (final finish).
- Type PP is, just like the Push Pull leveller, provided with a detachable carriage to switch between forwards and backwards working.
Standard equipment
- Removable Hardox knives
- Removable Hardox bottom
- 5-Way (PP) / 6-way (TT) proportional hydraulic block
including accumulator and cables - Hydraulic doors
- Sensor for backwards / forwards driving (so the control automatically recognizes the appropriate driving direction)
Options
- APMB-1 control box
- 3D unlock code for Topcon
- 3D total station with MC2 sensor
- 3D single GPS with MC2 sensor
- Extendable masts with scaling
- Special version for rocky conditions, with cylinder protection and safety valves for the doors
